Fun, agile and compact, the new Toyota Yaris was made for city driving. Thanks to responsive steering, you can corner with confidence and manoeuvre into the smallest of spaces with ease.
The Yaris may be among the shortest cars in its class, but it doesn’t compromise on legroom or storage. The 347 litres of boot space is ample for shopping, a weekend away or a day out. When additional space is needed, a maximum of 768 litres can be made available when the 60:40 split seats are folded flat.
Whether you choose the 1.0-litre, 1.33-litre or the 1.33-litre Multidrive S automatic petrol engine, or even the 1.4-litre diesel, the new Toyota Yaris is an economical choice. The frugal diesel promises an impressive 72.4mpg and, because CO2 emissions are low, road tax costs just £20 per year.
Safety is also a priority, with the Yaris receiving a five-star Euro NCAP rating. A whole host of safety features come as standard, ranging from seven airbags and Whiplash Injury Lessening seats, to stability control, brake assist and traction control.
